Laurie Baggio
Chief Executive Officer
Laurie Baggio is the CEO and founder of Codix Management. He is also the CEO of Mobio Technologies Inc., a TSX Venture Exchange–listed company focused on acquiring and operating brands in the moving and moving-related services sectors. Laurie is the founder of You Move Me and has been a director since the company’s formation. In addition, he serves as CEO of Plank Ventures Ltd., which invests in, acquires, and operates B2B SaaS companies. Since 2002, Laurie has also served as President of Phoenix Ventures Inc., a management consulting firm and holding company for multiple 1-800-GOT-JUNK? franchises across Portland, New Jersey, New York City, and Connecticut.

Vladislav Pasko is a strategic finance leader and CFO at Codix Management, where he helps founder-led and mid-market companies unlock growth and increase shareholder value. With a background built upon years of accounting experience in various roles and industries to executive leadership, he brings a disciplined, investor-minded approach to financial strategy, operational efficiency, and governance. Hassan Rashidifard
Director of Finance
Hassan Rashidifard holds an MBA from the New York Institute of Technology and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Greenwich. With more than 10 years of experience in accounting and corporate finance across Canada and Malaysia, he has developed deep expertise in multinational operations, financial strategy, foreign currency management, and international reporting, with prior experience at Stern Partners Inc.
George Lazovoi
Senior Accountant
George Lazovoi is a Senior Accountant at Codix Management, bringing over 10 years of experience in corporate finance and accounting. He holds a PhD in Economics and an MBA and is a CMA candidate. George leads the accounting and financial reporting functions for several of Codix’s client companies, applying his knowledge and analytical skills to provide robust oversight and operational efficiency.
Oksana Pomortseva
Corporate Administrator
Oksana Pomortseva holds a Bachelor’s degree in Language and Intercultural Relations from TMU. She has extensive experience in corporate administration, accounting, HR, and operations. Oksana supports both public and private companies in governance and corporate secretary functions, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and strong organizational alignment across multiple business entities.
Angie Chen
Corporate Accountant
Angie Chen is a licensed U.S. Certified Public Accountant (USCPA) with over three years of experience in accounting. She holds a Master’s degree in Accountancy and previously worked as an auditor at Forvis Mazars. At Codix Management, Angie manages accounting and financial reporting activities for several client companies.
